Mother, wife, proud member of the Canadian Armed Forces, and a Yoga Instructor. Being a lifelong learner, I continue my studies toward a Personal Trainer Certificate and am currently finishing up my Barre Teacher Training. I look forward to the day I can fully incorporate that concept to my practice and offerings. My goal is to encourage a deeper sense of confidence in my students and I strive for everyone to leave class feeling empowered, inspired, and excited for more movement in their lives. I aim to create a safe, non-competitive space where students can take the time they need to really show up for themselves.
